Alongside fitness, my passion is to help you achieve your goals by
falling in love with the process.
Since I was young I was involved in sports, playing tennis at a
national level. Later on, my fascination for resistance training
strengthened. I discovered so many benefits from weight training
such as physical such as feeling capable of doing challenging
activities discovering what my body can accomplish!; and mental,
improving my mental stability and boosting my confidence, no
wonder the gym is my happy place and I will like to come in useful
to you and make it yours too!
From my BSc in university on Sports and Exercise, I gained
valuable knowledge on how to influence your body for performance
with a mixture of physical activity such as strength and endurance
training alongside nutritional guidance in different preferred diets,
including plant-based and vegetarian, because we can still make
gains!
I want to help you make your fitness journey the most enjoyable
experience, where we can work together to find what best works for
you, and fits your lifestyle. Let’s do a little of what you need to do
