I’m a Personal Trainer with over 3 years experience in helping people build strength, clear up nutrition and training myths and achieve results whilst having fun.
I help people feel confident inside and outside the gym and use a no fad diet approach to teach you how to fuel your body well and smash your goals.
I personally fell in love with weight training when I was 18 and have continued to push myself to be stronger ever since which is the best feeling ever! It also allows you to eat more cake – who doesn’t want that?
