Eric Gamble

Hello, my name is Eric.

At the age of 19 years old, I was over weight, extremely health and out of shape. Finally forcing myself in to the local gym to do something about it, I nearly passed out after 3 minutes on the treadmill.

But I picked myself up every time I fell and persisted, learning and growing.

Now, nearly a quarter of a century later, I have not only transformed my life many times, but also more importantly, helped so many great people do the same along the way.

24 years of experience in Martial Arts, self-defense, Boxing, Kickboxing, Judo, Aiki Jujitsu and Karate. Completed at National and International levels.

My journey certainley hasn't ended yet and I look forward to helping you with yours.
