Staying fit is complicated: Tiring job, overcoming injury, balancing social lives, low self-esteem, feeling overwhelmed at the gym. Sometimes it's all of these things, sometimes it is none of them. There might be simple solutions for some, for others, there are not. Hopefully this is where I can provide a clear path forward.
